My card didn't work today, so what did you say to me: "Sorry sir, but all we can do is cancel your reservation." Well WTF else was going to happen if the card that is needed in order to drive the car didn't work, do you ACTUALLY charge people for their reservation when a zipcard doesn't work after only the 4th time!!!!
And the customer service beotch: Jennifer!!!!!! You're a complete idiot!!!! I hope you lose your job!
